A safe space to be heard
Warm, non-judgemental counselling with Mary Lynn, MBACP, face-to-face in Antrim or online. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to work through it alone.
New from January: couples and family counselling

Hello, I'm Mary
If you've paused here, I want to say first of all, well done. Taking that step to reach out for support isn't always easy, and it shows courage.
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor working from a trauma-informed perspective. I draw on person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic approaches, so our work together is shaped around you, never one-size-fits-all.
Alongside my professional training, I have lived experience. I know first-hand how anxiety, grief, depression and relationship struggles can shape a person's world, and I bring that understanding into our sessions with empathy, patience and a genuine wish to help you feel heard, valued and supported.
I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, with regular supervision, so safety, confidentiality and professionalism are at the heart of our work together.

I'm a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, registration number 416876. The BACP Register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. Check my registration
